Day 1: Arrival at Helsinki

After arrival at the Helsinki airport, transfer to your hotel and check in. Helsinki, the capital of Finland, is a vibrant seaside city of beautiful islands and great green parks. The city’s rhythm is laid back yet at the same time refreshingly active in terms of both the number and quality of restaurants and nightclubs. In the evening, walk around Töölönlahti Bay in the heart of the city surrounded by beautiful parks. 

Day 2: Helsinki

Friendly, Scandinavian, functional, compact, easy to reach – Helsinki is all these and much more. Take the SIC city tour and the main highlights include Helsingin Tuomiokirkko, Market Square, Temppeliaukio Church, Uspenskin Cathedral, Sibelius Park. The historic quarters that lie between the Market Square and Senate Square are home to numerous cafés and restaurants. 

Day 3: Helsinki to Stockholm overnight cruise

Start your day with trip to the Suomenlinna Fortress! The Suomenlinna fortress was added to the UNESCO World Heritage List as a unique monument of military architecture. In the evening, take overnight cruise to Stockholm and enjoy live entertainment, duty free shopping, sightseeing.

Day 4: Stockholm

Stockholm is modern, dynamic and ever evolving. Take the SIC city tour and visit Stockholm City Hall, Sergel Square, Old Town (Gamla Stan – is one of the largest and best-preserved medieval city centers in Europe). Discover Nobel Museum, explore Royal palace and see changing of guards ceremony. Visit the famous Vasa museum and get to know about the history of this warship. 

Day 5: Stockholm

Have a relaxed morning! Later take a boat tour of the Swedish archipelago. The guide on board will share little anecdotes and tell you all there is to know about the various historical, cultural, and natural sights we pass on our way. Enjoy a journey full of beautiful attractions and fascinating stories while you relax and take in the famous scenery of the archipelago.  

Day 6: Stockholm

Take a boat tour to Birka, the first city of Sweden and find yourself travelling back in time to the age of the Vikings. The Viking City of Birka is situated on the island of Björkö in Lake Mälaren, Birka was one of the most important trading centers for Vikings. On the island you can go strolling in the cultural landscape, join a guided tour of the archaeological fields and visit the Birka Museum. You can also visit the reconstructed Viking village with its typical forges and weaving cabins. 

Day 7: Stockholm to Gothenburg

Take train to Gothenburg and enjoy sightseeing enroute. 
Gothenburg is the largest non-capital in the Nordics and located on the beautiful west coast of Sweden. It is green and grand city. Enjoy the green and leafy parks in the city center, explore the myriads of islands in the archipelago or visit historic forts and castles. 

Day 8: Gothenburg

Explore Gothenburg onboard one of Hop On-Hop Off sightseeing bus! Stops will be at carefully chosen spots including Avenyn, Liseberg, Feskekôrka, Drottningtorget, Gustav Adolfs torg and many other popular sights and you can get on and off as much as you want!

Day 9: Gothenburg to Copenhagen

Take train to Copenhagen and enjoy sightseeing enroute. In this train journey, you will cross the famous Øresund bridge which is an engineering marvel that connects the Danish capital of Copenhagen to the Swedish city of Malmö.

Day 10: Copenhagen

After breakfast, enjoy the SIC city tour. Take city view from Rundetaarn and visit Trinitatis Kirke. Take the short walk to Strøget, Copenhagen’s famous walking street, in the heart of the Old Town. Copenhagen’s art scene draws world-famous artists from all over the world, and the art institutions have something for everyone. You will also go past the colorful harbor district of Nyhavn to Amalienborg Palace – Winter residence of the Royal Family. Here you have the opportunity to see the changing of the Guard. This may be followed by a visit to the Gefion Fountain and The Little Mermaid, inspired by H. C. Andersen’s fairytale.

Day 11: Copenhagen

Day time at leisure. Indulge in shopping or try our Nordic cuisines.

In the evening, enjoy Nyhavn Canal Cruise, and visit Tivoli Gardens.

Day 12: Departure Copenhagen

After breakfast, check out from the hotel. Airport transfer. Your Scandinavian trip ends here.
